All rates include sales tax. Sites include 4 wristbands. Each additional wristband is $15 and is good for your entire stay. Our sites include water, sewer and electric (30 and 50 amp). Excluding our pop-up section which only has water and electric! Electric is metered separately for monthly and seasonal campers. Off season is before May 15th or after September 15th. A 2-night minimum is required for all weekends (Friday-Sunday). A 3-night minimum applies for holiday bookings (except Fourth of July is a 4 night minimum).
All guests are required to purchase a wristband and a parking pass.
Wristbands are $15.00 Sunday-Friday & $25.00 on Saturday's and holiday weekends!

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
All reservations are paid in full by credit card at the time of booking and are non-refundable. We do not charge for extra sunshine nor do we refund for weather. You must cancel your reservation 7 days prior to your stay to receive an in-house credit and will be charged a $10 processing fee.

ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE WRISTBANDS AND PARKING PASSES WHEN RENTING THE PAVILION. MUST RESERVE THE PAVILION AT LEAST 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE AND RECEIVE APPROVAL.
