2025 Site Information

• All rates include sales tax.
• Booking Fee: $10 per reservation (for phone or online bookings).
• Wristbands: Each site includes 4 wristbands. Additional wristbands are $15 each and valid for your entire stay.
• Site Amenities: All sites include water, sewer, and electric (30 & 50 amp), except for the W/E standard section, which has only water and electric. Electric is metered separately for monthly and seasonal campers.
• Off-Season: Before June 6th or after September 13th.
• Minimum Stays:
  • 2-night minimum for weekends (Friday-Sunday).
  • 3-night minimum for holiday bookings.
  • No Saturday arrivals or departures are allowed.

Wristband & Parking Fees

• Wristbands:
  • $15/person (Monday - Friday)
  • $20/person (Sunday)
  • $25/person (Saturday & holiday weekends)
  • Parking Pass: $5 per vehicle

**Alll guests are required to have a wristband while on Oasis Campground property; including non-swimming guests.**

• Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
• Cancellation: Must be made 7 days prior to your stay for an in-house credit, minus a $10 processing fee.
• Weather: No refunds for weather, and we do not charge for extra sunshine.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early Arrival: Not permitted unless you receive an email confirming your site or cabin is ready early.
