Check-In / Check-Out:
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-ins are not permitted unless you receive prior confirmation via email.
Speed Limit:
- Please adhere to the 5 MPH speed limit throughout the campground for the safety of all guests, especially children.
Fees & Registration:
- Wristbands are required for all guests:
- Sunday – Friday: $15 per person
- Saturday & Holiday weekends: $25 per person
- Parking Passes: $5 per vehicle
- All guests must register at the front office before entering the campground.
- Maximum guests per site: 6 (including children). Your site rate covers 2 adults and 2 children; additional guests will incur a charge of $15 per person.
- Vehicles: Each site is allowed 2 vehicles (if space permits). The first vehicle is free; the second is $5. Extra vehicles must park in designated overflow areas near the jumping pillow or the store.
- Important: Do not park extra vehicles in empty sites or along roadways. Vehicles must display a valid car pass. Vehicles without a parking pass will incur a $10 fee or may be asked to leave immediately.
Waste Disposal:
- Garbage dumpsters are located at the north end near the dump station and at the south end near the main entrance.
- Please do not leave trash at your campsite for individual pickup or place trash in fire pits.
- One dump station is provided. It is located at the north end of the campground near red maintenance building. There is a $10.00 non-camper dumping fee. Dumping of grey water on the ground is strictly prohibited!
Campsite Information:
- Each site is allowed 1 camping unit (either 1 RV or up to 2 tents).
- You are allowed no more than 6 registered guests on a site, including children. Your site is priced for 2 adults and 2 children any variation will incur additional charges per person ($15).
- Tents are not allowed with a camper or on cabin sites.
- You may have up to 2 vehicles per site (if space allows). Additional vehicles will need to park in overflow areas. DO NOT park extra vehicles in empty sites or along roadways.
- All vehicles must display a valid car pass with site number. Any vehicles found in the campground without a valid parking pass will be required to pay $10.00 or leave the campground immediately.
- Campfires are prohibited during DNR burn bans.
- Picnic tables: Please do not move tables from other sites. Additional tables may be provided upon request.
- Campfires are allowed in the provided fire rings ONLY, please do NOT move the fire rings.
Swimming Pool & Pond:
- No lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool and pond areas.
- Pool & Pond Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Smoking is not allowed at the pool, pond, Wonderwall Bar and Grill, or on playgrounds.
- No kayaks or paddleboards are permitted on the pond/pool area. This includes but is not limited to inflatable kayaks and paddleboards!
Quiet Hours & Conduct:
- Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of others, especially those with children. NO MUSIC AFTER 11:00 PM.
- Minors curfew: 10:00 PM. All minors must return to their campsites by this time.
- Noise: Keep music and noise at a reasonable level within your site.
- Security: Our security team monitors the park to ensure noise levels are kept in check and curfew and quiet hours are enforced. Please respect these rules for the enjoyment of all guests.
Alcohol & Carry-Ins:
- Carry-in Alcohol: Wisconsin State Law 125.32 6A “prohibits patrons from bringing their own alcoholic beverages into a restaurant for consumption.” Carry-ins are not allowed at Wonderwall Bar and Grill, the patio, or the pond area.
Guest Registration:
- All campers must check-in and register in the office BEFORE going to your site and setting up camp.
- All guests must check-in at the front office. Wristbands and parking passes are required for all visitors (even non-swimming guests). Guests must know your site number when registering as we can not give them this information. The camper is responsible for the conduct of their day and overnight guests, and shall be personally liable for any injuries or property damage arising from the actions of such guests.
- All guests are required to have a parking pass displayed in their vehicle(s).
- You are allowed no more than 6 guests on a site, including children.
- Day guests must leave by 10:00 PM or be charged overnight fees. Any day guests failing to leave the campground prior to such time will be deemed overnight guests and subject to the applicable fees below. If the overnight guests are staying with the camper in the camping unit, there is a $10.00 overnight fee, per overnight guest, chargeable to camper and payable upon registration of said overnight guest.
- You must be at least 21 years old to camp without a parent or guardian.
- Underage alcohol use is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave.
- NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MAY BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED ON THE PROPERTY. Parent and legal guardians are responsible for the whereabouts, actions, and safety of their child(ren) while at Oasis Campground and Waterpark. Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the pond/pool area.
Golf Carts:
- Golf carts are available for rent at the Camp Store. Reserve in advance by calling 715-249-3322.
- You may bring your own electric golf cart for a $50 fee for your stay. NO GAS GOLF CARTS ALLOWED! You must provide a copy of certificate of liability insurance in order to drive the golf cart on Oasis Campground property.
- A valid driver’s license is required to drive a golf cart. Be it rented or privately owned.
- Wristbands are required to drive a golf cart. Visit the Camp Store with your driver’s license to receive a driving wristband.
- All golf carts must have a tag displayed on it - including personal golf carts!
General Information:
- Speed Limit: 5 MPH applies to all vehicles, including golf carts, bicycles, ATVs, ebikes, pedal bikes, scooters, etc.
- A 2-night minimum is required for weekend reservations; 3-night minimum for holiday reservations.
- Bikes/scooters: Must have lights if ridden after dark for safety.
- Prohibited: Go-karts, RC cars (outside the designated track), weapons, fireworks, and the use of gas-powered golf carts.
- Please respect neighboring campsites—stay on roads and do not walk or drive through other sites.
- No parking on grassy areas in sites with gravel parking.
- No cutting trees or driving nails into them.
- Concealed weapons are not permitted in the campground.
- Do not trespass on properties surrounding Oasis Campground and Waterpark.
- The camper agrees that any photographs taken by Oasis Campground staff in which they or their family appear may be used for advertising purposes.
- **The waterpark and pool are seasonal amenities and open Memorial Weekend and close after Labor Day Weekend. **
- The hours for the office/store are posted on the front door.
- The showers, restrooms and laundry room are open 24 hours a day. There is a laundry facility located on the front side of the lodge next to the restrooms.
Pets:
- Pets are welcome but must be kept quiet and on a leash at all times. Never left unattended outside your camper.
- A maximum of 3 pets per site.
- You are expected to clean up after your pets.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pets are not allowed in buildings, swimming pool areas, or the beach.
- Proof of vaccinations is required.
- Fence type dog kennels are not allowed.
- Barking dogs will be required to be removed from the campground.
- In the event of a dog bite, no matter what the breed, the pet must be removed from the campground.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
- All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
- All reservations are non-refundable but can be canceled up to 7 days prior to your stay for an in-house credit, minus a $10 processing fee.
- We do not charge extra sunshine nor do we refund for weather.
Wisconsin Law Notice:
Wisconsin statutes 895.525 (3) & (4) states:
… A participant in a recreational activity accepts the risks inherent in the recreational activity of which the ordinary prudent person should be aware.
A participant in a recreational activity is responsible to do all of the following:
1. Act within the limits of his or her ability
2. Heed all warnings regarding participation in the recreational activity
3. Maintain control of his or her person and equipment devices or animals the person is using while participating in the recreational activity.
4. Refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to himself or herself or to others while participating in the recreational activity.
A violation of the law constitutes negligence.
