Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. We do not allow early check-ins unless you get an email stating such.
We have a lot of little campers, so please obey the 5 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT THROUGHOUT THE CAMPGROUND!
All guests are required to purchase a wristband Sunday-Friday($15 per person) Saturday and Holiday weekends ($25 per person) and a parking pass ($5 per vehicle). All guests MUST register at the front office BEFORE entering the campground.
Garbage dumpsters are located on the north end of the campground near the dump station or at the south end at the main entrance. Do not leave trash at campsite for individual pickup or put in fire pit!
Each campsite is allowed 1 camping unit per site (either one RV or up to two tents). Tents are not allowed along with a camper! You are allowed no more than 6 registered guests on a site, including children. Your site is priced for 2 adults and 2 children any variation will incur additional charges per person ($15). You are allowed 2 vehicles on your site (if space allows). The first vehicle is free; the second vehicle is $5.00. There is over flow parking available near the jumping pillow and in front of the store.
DO NOT park extra vehicles in empty sites or along roadways. All vehicles must display a valid car pass with site number. Any vehicles found in the campground without a valid parking pass will be required to pay $10.00 or leave the campground immediately.
Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty and any children under the age of 16 MUST be supervised by an adult at all times. The swimming pool and pond hours are from 10:00 A.M to 7 P.M.
The hours for the office/store are posted on the front door.
The showers, restrooms and laundry room are open 24 hours a day. The showers are .25/3 minutes. There is a laundry facility located on the front side of the lodge next to the restrooms.
One dump station is provided. It is located at the north end of the campground near red maintenance building. There is a $10.00 non-camper dumping fee. Dumping of grey water on the ground is strictly prohibited!
Each campsite has one fire ring and one picnic table; please do not take a picnic table from another site. If more tables are needed, please let us know and we will provide them. Campfires are allowed in the provided fire rings ONLY, please do NOT move the fire rings. During DNR burn bans campfires are not permitted.
QUIET TIME:
For the enjoyment of all our campers, especially those with children, we enforce “QUIET HOURS” in the campground from 11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. There is an 10:00 P.M. curfew for minors, at this time they must return to their campsites.
For the enjoyment of all guests, please keep music volume within your site at all times.
CARRY IN’S:
Wisconsin State Law 125.32 6A “prohibits patrons from bringing their own alcoholic beverages into a restaurant for consumption.” Therefore, carry ins are prohibited at Wonderwall Bar and Grill , the patio and beach around the pond.
REGISTRATION AND GUEST INFO:
All campers must check in and register at the office BEFORE setting up camp. You are allowed no more than 6 guests on a site, including children. Your site is priced for 2 adults and 2 children any variation will incur additional charges per person ($15).
All visitors to your site must register at the office and purchase their wristband and parking pass. Guest must know your site number when registering as we can not give them this information.
You must be at least 21 years of age to camp without being accompanied by a parent.
Alcohol use by underage campers in the park is not tolerated, violators will be asked to leave the park.
Smoking is not allowed at the pond, around the pool, at the Wonderwall Bar and Grill, or at any playgrounds.
No Kayak or paddle boards!
NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MAY BE LEFT UNSUPERVISED ON THE PROPERTY. Parent and legal guardians are responsible for the whereabouts, actions, and safety of their child(ren) while at Oasis Campground and Waterpark. Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the pond/pool area.
GUESTS:
The camper is responsible for the conduct of their day and overnight guests, and shall be personally liable for any injuries or property damage arising from the actions of such guests. ALL DAY GUESTS MUST REGISTER AT THE OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL AND PAY $15.00 FOR A WRISTBAND, $5.00 FOR PARKING AND LEAVE THE CAMPGROUND PRIOR TO 10:00 P.M. Any day guests failing to leave the campground prior to such time will be deemed overnight guests and subject to the applicable fees below. If the overnight guests are staying with the camper in the camping unit, there is a $10.00 overnight fee, per overnight guest, chargeable to camper and payable upon registration of said overnight guest. Guests are required to have a parking pass displayed in their vehicle.
GOLF CARTS:
Golf Carts are available for rent by availability at the Camp Store. You can reserve a cart in advance by calling 715-249-3322.
You may bring in your own cart for a $20 per day fee or $40 for the stay. All golf carts must have a tag displayed on it. It must be electric only. Must be accompanied with a copy of certificate of liability insurance.
You must have a valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart. Be it rented or privately owned.
Wristbands are required to drive a golf cart on the property. Anyone who would be driving, stop in the camp store with a valid driver’s license to get a driving wristband.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
There is a 5 mile per hour speed limit in the campground. This applies to all vehicles including golf carts, pedal cars, bicycles, ATV/UTV’S, etc.
2-night minimum to make a weekend reservation. 3-night minimum to make a holiday reservation. Bicycles, scooters, etc. must have lights if riding after dark for everyone’s safety.
Go carts and remote-controlled cars are prohibited in the campground.
Do not trespass on properties surrounding Oasis Campground and Waterpark.
No fireworks may be possessed or used on the campsite or anywhere else in the campground.
The camper agrees that any photographs taken by Oasis Campground staff in which they or their family appear may be used for advertising purposes.
Concealed weapons are not permitted in the campground.
DO NOT CUT THROUGH OTHER CAMPSITES WALKING OR WITH GOLF CARTS, BIKES, CARS, ETC. Stay on the paved roads, stay off any lawn areas or sites.
Do not park vehicles on grass in sites that have gravel parking areas provided. If vehicles do not fit on gravel areas, they may be parked in the over flow parking lot located either in front of the store or near the jumping pillow.
Do not cut tree limbs off trees or drive nails into trees.
**The waterpark and pool are seasonal amenities and open Memorial Weekend and close after Labor Day Weekend. **
PETS:
Pets are welcome in the campground as long as they are kept quiet and, on a leash, and are never left unattended outside your camper. Proof of vaccination is required upon check in. Barking dogs will be required to be removed from the campground. You are expected to clean up after your pets. Pets are not allowed in any buildings, swimming pool area, or on the beach. Fence type dog kennels are not allowed.
In the unfortunate event a dog bite; no matter what the breed. That dog would be required to be removed from the campground property.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
All reservations are paid in full by credit card at the time of booking and are non-refundable. We do not charge for extra sunshine nor do we refund for weather. You must cancel your reservation 7 days prior to your stay to receive an in-house credit and will be charged a $10 processing fee.
NOTICE OF WISCONSIN LAW:
Wisconsin statutes 895.525 (3) & (4) states:
… A participant in a recreational activity accepts the risks inherent in the recreational activity of which the ordinary prudent person should be aware.
A participant in a recreational activity is responsible to do all of the following:
1. Act within the limits of his or her ability
2. Heed all warnings regarding participation in the recreational activity
3. Maintain control of his or her person and equipment devices or animals the person is using while participating in the recreational activity.
4. Refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to himself or herself or to others while participating in the recreational activity.
A violation of the law constitutes negligence.
